“Unfiltered with no bullsh*t—that’s what I’m about.”
“I’m sick of all the bullsh*t. I’m going to figure out what actually works come hell or high water!”
I remember saying this to myself.
I’d had enough.
I simply followed too much bad advice and I had enough of the lies and deceit.
Then and there I decided to make it my mission to not only find what REALLY works for myself, but to help other guys achieve REAL success in building their minds and bodies.
Driven by curiosity, I’ve made it my life’s work to uncover the truth.
Like a mad scientist, I went into my lab and read thousands of books, websites, and scientific papers. I put thousands of hours into the gym and kitchen. I talked with hundreds of guys, trying to uncover what made them tick, what their motivations were, and why they did what they did. I also took tons of time to explore my own mind. I wanted to uncover why I felt a certain way, what triggered certain things, and how I could improve.
I started coming to some conclusions, such as:
- You don’t need an expensive fancy gym to build muscle and strength.
- Supplements are just that, supplements and in most cases are unnecessary.
- Losing fat is mostly diet.
- Sleep is IMPERATIVE, not just something you have to do.
- Managing stress is a must.
- Life is mostly a mental game.
These are the conclusions I explore in my content, which is updated regularly through the blog, the stream, videos, and audio recordings.
It’s important to note that I’m not perfect.
I struggle just like any one else. I don’t eat, sleep, train perfectly 100% of the time. I get stressed the f*ck out. I sometimes feel down or anxious.
But it’s not about being perfect. It’s about getting better than you were yesterday.
And that’s why I started this website, to give you the strategies you need to take control of your mind and body.
A Little More About Me
I don’t like to label myself, but if I had to pick 3 things I most identify with, they would be:
Being a father.
Being a father is something that I love, and it’s the most important role in my life. It’s truly changed me for the better.
Being a coach.
I help guys through many mediums. Career-wise, this is my calling.
Being an artist.
My art includes not only the body, but writing, images, and videos. As a content creator, I do it all. I love expressing myself through words, pictures, and graphics. I love expressing myself through other’s results.
What else am I into?
Music plays a huge role in my life. You can bet that anything I’m doing there’s music in the background. Inspiration from music also creeps into my content quite often.
I’ll admit, I’m a history nerd. I absolutely love it. I especially enjoy nerding out on such topics as early humans (human evolution plays a huge role in my philosophy on health), the Titanic, WW1, WW2, the Vietnam war, and popular culture from the 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s and 90’s.
